Based in Geneva, le Fesses-tival (Butt-tival) offers, defends and promotes a positive, inclusive and non-binary vision of sexualities.

Graphic identity
For the 4th edition, we created a color scheme and a set of backgrounds revolving around the idea of “the dream”. Cosy, comfortable, intimate, we imagined the 2021 identity as a reminder of what sexualities and bodies can be. Some of the printed assets were riso printed, then paint sprayed individually before it was distributed all around the city of Geneva(CH).
The identity colors were purple and yellow, which became a recurrent theme over many events. Le Fesses-tival opened with a fashion show, followed with films, performances, concerts, discussions and workshops.

Typography
We customed the festival font, becoming more elastic and fluid. Sometimes a whip, sometimes a cushion, sometimes a bridge, each letter has its own narrative. The font became a central element of the communication, which we developped in the printed programme, the digital assets and the website.

Silkscreen workshop
During the 4-day event, we animated a silkscreen workshop where we printed the logo on second hand shirts and people’s clothes with fluorescent ink.
