Sapid is an interior design studio run by Cecile-Diama Samb and Michael Piderit. Their practice ranges from objects to small-scale architecture. They work between Switzerland and the US.
Sapid is the achronim of Cecile-Diama Samb and Michael Piderit. It also refers to a culinary term describing something with a pleasant taste. It reflects their desire to collaborate on spatial projects that nourish and sustain.
We worked with Sapid Studio on the development of their new portfolio website. Their identity is anchored in a vibrant blue color complemented by the Oracle font from Dinamo.

SAPID's approach involves using the existing local structures as a foundation, rarely starting entirely from scratch. The page highlights their method of building upon existing elements. We divided the screen in twos, with finished visuals on the left, and images of the process on the right, together with 3D views.
As you scroll, a blue background unfolds with a brief description, providing a comprehensive project overview. A 'view all' showcases a mixed collection of processed and finished photos.
